A new 18,000-square foot Northwell Family Health Center is set to open in Huntington Station, offering a range of health services with a focus on preventive care.
With seven doctors, two nurse practitioners, and a midwife on staff, the center aims to provide accessible healthcare to all, including partnerships with organizations like Island Harvest for food assistance.
Moving from Greenlawn, the center will offer expanded services, including signing patients up for social services and health exchange programs. Suffolk County will also have an office in the building for the Women, Infants and Children nutritional program.
Operating five days a week, the center seeks to serve the diverse community it resides in, providing comprehensive care in a new state-of-the-art facility.
